November 5 not only marked the end of the quarter but it also marked the debut of the choir students. They presented an all-school concert in the gym during the afternoon for the student body and performed again that evening at the Gardenia Center for parents and community. The concert reach an emotion peak at both performances with a song dedicated to the several young people we have lost over the last year due to tragic circumstances. “The hurt is right under the surface” one person commented.

The staff was very impressed with the courage shown by the students to perform in front of a crowd and also by how great they sounded. Good job LPO choir!
