Every month we have a family meeting.  We go over things happening in the school and give awards to kids who exemplify what this months word is. January is determination, in the morning every kid nominated someone they felt was determined and at the family meeting there is a drawing and some kids win prizes like candy and soda.  Each teacher also chooses a student and they also will win a prize.
