Construction Project Manager

I work in residential construction as a Construction Project Manager. My position is responsible for managing the construction budget and schedule. I also maintain the scope of work performed by our subcontractors, to make sure they know what they are supposed to do. I love building! A project we completed recently was featured in Sunset Magazine.

LPO helped me find the construction bug when I was given the opportunity to help build the greenhouse. The process was rewarding and whenever I’m in Sandpoint, I reflect on the experience. Being able to see the work I’ve done stand in Sandpoint or around the city I build in today, is a grounding and satisfying experience.

I now have a family with two young kiddos and a puppy dog. We live south of Seattle, WA. Our neighborhood is full of old houses that inspire my builder bug.
